Leilani graduated from Missouri State University in 2005 with her Bachelors of Science in Education. She then became a high school educator in San Antonio where she enjoys teaching English as well as what lies beyond the curriculum. Leilani is passionate about working with her students to realize each one’s full potential to learn about and experience life. Leilani has been coaching and leading workshops with kids, teens, families, and communities since 2001 and is a Certified Parent Educator of Redirecting Children’s Behavior. She is currently earning her Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. Leilani’s work has included national travel to the Midwest, east coast, south and west coast. Focusing on her passion of supporting kids, teens, families and communities so that each sees the magnificence that lies within, Leilani co-founded UNIFY with her husband, Andrew Roland in San Antonio. Leilani enriches her life with countless hours of personal growth, creative expression through art, theater and dance, and quality time with family.
