Dr. Charles Schwengel graduated from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in 1994. He completed a hospital internship the following year and began private practice in Arizona. Then after seeing how Homeopathic medicine helped his step-father achieve a miraculous recovery from heart disease, and seeing his mother’s complete recovery from stage 4 cancer using only natural medicine, Dr. Schwengel pursued further studies and obtained his Homeopathic medical license in 1996.

Dr. Schwengel is very active in the holistic medical community. He served on the Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medical Examiners from 1998 through 2007, and was its president from 2004-2007. Dr. Schwengel maintains professional and associate memberships in a number of Osteopathic and Homeopathic medical associations.

Dr. Schwengel now focuses on treating people who have been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Schwengel is certified in Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT), a form of administering low-dose chemotherapy. While low-dose chemotherapy is much safer way of using these medications, his treatments focus on identifying and treating the natural causes of cancer. Dr. Schwengel has become one of the nation’s leading experts on developing treatment plans for people living with cancer based on principles of natural healing.

In addition to his holistic medical practice at Medicine of HOPE Cancer Treatment Center in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Schwengel is a private pilot and enjoys flying and motorcycle touring.
