Guest: Garland
Landrith
Dr. Garland Landrith was among the first to scientifically
document that what "we think inside can have a profound
influence on the outer world." In his pioneering
published research studies, it was found that what groups
of individuals think (group transcendental meditation)
can actually improve the quality of life in the city they
live in, by lowering crimes, auto accidents, and suicides.
In short his research scientifically demonstrates that
we can Create Miracles with our Mind!
He has authored a series of scientific studies that have
been published in numerous scientific journals and has
been subjected to peer-review to authenticate these amazing
findings. His research has been cited by numerous authers
including: Deepak Chopra,Md., Neale Donald Walsh, Dr.
Harold Bloomfield, and Dr. Dean Radin.
In fact the recently released movie "What The Bleep
Do We Know?" refers to his incredible research findings.
In addition he has been heard on hundreds of radio stations
across the United State including such shows as 'Coast-to-Coast
Am' with Art Bell as well as others.

Guests: Jon
and Linda Caswell
Between
the two of us, we have 40 years of daily meditation
practice. We’ve taken scores of classes, workshops
and initiations. We can save you the trouble—and
the expense.
The practice we outline in Finding Time Sitting Still
is a guilt-free, non-should, user-friendly approach
to meditation. We designed it to neutralize resistance
long enough for people to see results from their practice.
About Linda: I’ve been investigating my mind for
40 of my 66 years. I’ve been married to the same
man for almost 25 years and we meditate together every
day. I began Hatha Yoga practice in 1970, was certified
to teach in 1978 and taught for over 20 years. In 1984
I became a master programmer in NLP. I’ve studied
and synthesized several meditation schools and techniques
over the last 31 years, including TM®, Kriya Yoga,
and seed thought meditation. My best credential for
teaching this class is a magical experience that I had
in a Dallas bookstore in 1997. That experience, which
you can read about it in our e-Course, became the foundation
for Finding Time Sitting Still.
About Jon: First of all, I’ve taught a lot of
people to meditate. Before Linda and I started teaching
Finding Time Sitting Still five years ago, I taught
meditation for ten years in the Wellness Department
of Southern Methodist University, where I also taught
syner*G, a metaphysical Frisbee game that I invented
and disguised as an aerobic activity – but that’s
another class. I have been a freelance writer for over
30 years. I currently edit two health magazines for
the American Heart Association. Perhaps most to the
point here, I have sat in meditation every day for over
ten years. My
#1 credential is that I made meditation simple enough
to teach it to college freshman

Since I was a child, I have had a love affair with the
DIVINE. My life is a dance of heaven as earth in the wonder
of being. I see GOD expressing in myriad ways, beautifully
flourishing as each, exquisite expression. I recognize
the immensity of LOVE which is GOD pouring forth as and
through all life. My joy is to remind you of the LOVE
that you are and the LIGHT of your being. I call forth
the PEACE, HARMONY and ABUNDANCE and more that moves,
breathes and has its being as you through you. I do absolutely
see the MAGNIFICENCE of each person ... the fire that
is their special spark whose light shapeshifted into form
and plays in this fascinating sapphire-emerald sphere
we call home.

positive prayer, and spiritual introspection.

professional Religious Science Practitioner license in
2004. Knowing that his call went beyond this spiritually
important accomplishment, Lee continued his quest to become
a minister and worked diligently for the next three years.
In 2007 he accepted the position of Assistant Minister
at the Center for Spiritual Living, Dallas where he led
the Sacred Service and Pastoral Care ministries along
